Engine Oil Spectro Heavy Duty Golden SAE 20W-50 Semi-Synthetic x Harley Davidson
The semi-synthetic Spectro Golden oil represents an evolution in the field of high performance motor oils. The all-mineral formulas of traditional oils offer a high-strength film that gives only minimal cleaning, since a high-carbon base is used to give extra protection. With the semi-synthetic Golden the need to use these heavy mineral oils is eliminated with the use of a synthesis complex that exceeds the heavier mineral base oils in resistance, offering a level of protection never achieved before. The semi-synthetic mixture is a SAE 20W50 formula specifically suited to air-cooled Harley-Davidson engines. Last generation additives increase resistance to wear, rust and oxidation, ensuring long life to the engine. The Heavy Duty Golden semi-synthetic oil is located in the upper part of the API SG service classification, and is strongly recommended for all big bore, stroker and high performance engines, including those for alcohol or drag racing gas. This same oil is used by Scott "The Z Man" Zampach winner of the Harley-Davidson championship in the 1991, 1992 and 1993 both in the AMA US Twins and AMA CCS Twin Sports races, without ever having suffered engine damage.
